Having taught on the vocal staff of the Royal Academy of Music in London Caitlin Hulcup was appointed a full professor of voice at the Universität der Künste in Berlin in 2021.

She is regularly invited to give guest workshops, masterclasses and lessons at music schools internationally. Among such workshops include sessions for the Melba Opera Trust, the University of Melbourne Conservatorium, the Staatliche Hochschule for Musik Trossingen, the UWA Conservatorium, Opera Australia Young Artists, the American International Music School in Graz and Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music Singapore.​ Prof. Dr. Hulcup has served as a panellist for the Australian Music Foundation and at AIMS competitions and scholarships. She attained her PhD in vocal performance at the University of Melbourne.
